September 11th Victim Compensation Fund

The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund is the part of the US Department of Justice entrusted to administer, review and approve or deny the applications for Fund benefits. The Special Master, appointed by the Attorney General, decides on whether and to what extent an individual is entitled to benefits.
