Grey & Grey attorneys win $7,640,000 jury verdict

On November 25, 2024, Grey & Grey attorneys Maribel Gomez and Robert Grey obtained a $7,640,000 jury verdict for a 37-year-old worker and his spouse after the worker was seriously injured by a defective elevator, which was maintained and controlled by a multinational elevator company, in Manhattan. As a result of the accident, the client required extensive medical treatment for permanent injuries and was unable to work. The jury award came after extensive litigation and a several week trial against the elevator company in New York County Supreme Court.
