NYSNA HIGHLIGHTS NEW NYCOSH REPORT THAT REVEALS THE MASSIVE UNDERFILING OF COVID-19 CLAIMS BY ESSENTIAL WORKERS AND THAT CALL FOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION POLICY CHANGES.


On April 27, 2021, NYCOSH, NYSNA, many other labor unions and our managing partner, Robert Grey hosted a press conference reporting that an estimated 250,000 workers got COVID-19 on the job but only 21,000 applied for workers compensation benefits.
